1960's Simplicity 5417 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's and Girls' One-Piece Dress or Jumper: Upper edge of dress is gathered to a yoke in front and back. Yoke has a high round neckline. Patch pockets and a back zipper closing are featured in the dress. Long, set-in sleeves gather to fit cuffs with button closing in V. 1. Middy braid trims V. 1 dress and pockets. V.'s 2, 3 are sleeveless with a self fabric tie belt. Both views may be worn as a jumper.
