View A has contrast bias neck tie. View B collar and cuffs are of contrast. View C with bias, buttoned stand-up collar, and D with collar and neckband and contrast two-piece bias neck tie with Velcro closure, have concealed buttoned front opening, shoulder pads and long sleeves with gathered cap, gathered to buttoned cuffs.
