1970's Simplicity 6240 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Pants in Two Lengths with Detachable Suspenders and Unlined Cardigan: The long or short pants with detachable suspenders have elastic waistline casing. Long pants V. 1 & 3 have cuffs. V. 2 & 4 pants are short. The unlined cardigan with front button closing and "V" shaped neckline has set-in sleeves. V. 1 & 2 have long button trimmed sleeves. V. 1 has top-stitching trim. V. 2 has braid trim. V. 1, 2 & 4 have patch pockets. V. 3 & 4 with short sleeves gathered to armholes have top-stitching trim. V. 3 has daisy medallion trim and ribbon tie belt. V. 4 has purchased applique.
