1960's McCall's 7463 Vintage Sewing Pattern Girls Dress and Jumper: Dress with front buttoned bodice and three-piece flared and gathered skirt, and jumper with deep V-neck and armholes. Dress has short set-in sleeves turned back to form cuffs, bias bands on bodice fronts. Opening in center front seam of skirt may be closed with zipper or fastened with snaps under a pleat. Flared jumper is lined, has long darts at back and front.
