1940's Simplicity 1204 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' and Women's Dress: The bodice features a tuck at the shoulder front, high, round neckline and button-back closing. The slim skirt has a front inverted pleat and is seamed down the center back. Welt pockets trim the skirt. Top-stitching outlines the neck, welt pockets and cuff of the three-quarter length sleeve or lower edge of the short sleeve.
