1970's Simplicity 5455 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Unlined Shirt-Jacket, Skirt and Pants: The skirt with top-stitched pleats has side zipper and waistband. The pants with front zipper have waistband, turn-back cuffs and purchased belt slipped thru self-fabric carriers. The unlined, top-stitched shirt-jacket with shaped yoke has front band button closing, collar and band, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, patch pockets, slits in side seams and optional purchased belt.
