1990's Simplicity 9639 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Skirt, Pants, Shorts and Tops: Pull-on skirt, pants and shorts have elasticized waistline and side seam pockets. Straight skirt and shorts are above knee length. Straight leg pants are ankle length and can be worn rolled up. When pants legs are worn rolled up, wrong side of fabric will show. Button front top has extended shoulders forming short sleeves and shaped lower edge. V. 1 top has vest bottom.
