1970's Simplicity 7104 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Pants and Skirt with Detachable Suspenders and Top: The skirt and pants with front waistband and elastic encased in back casing have optional braid or ribbon suspenders buttoned to loops on inside of garment. The top with front button closing and optional rick-rack and purchased appliques has "Peter Pan" collar of one fabric and long set-in sleeves gathered to bands of second fabric.
