1940's Simplicity 4061 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Tailored Dress: The broad revers trim V-shaped neckline are cut in one with the bodice fronts, closed with a one-button closing. The bodice is eased through tucks at the waistline, where it meets the nicely gored skirt under a self-fabric belt. In Style I, the sleeves are short, and two rows of top-stitching trim the revers and bodice front. In Style II, the sleeves are long gathered to a wrist band.
