1940's Simplicity 1136 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' and Women's Nightgown: The high-waisted bodice front is softly gathered at the lower edge. The skirt front and back are each cut in one piece. Style I features a button-front closing and a high round neckline. Self ruffling trims the bodice front, bound neck edge and wrist bands of the long sleeves. Rick-rack outlined the ruffling. Style II has a low round neckline. Lace ruffling trims the bound neck and armhole edges.
