1970's McCall's 3041 Vintage Sewing Pattern Boy's Pajama and Robe: Top with front neckband and pocket, may have applique. Pants with fly front and snap fasteners, have elastic in casing. Robe with dropped shoulders has pockets, neck and front band, tie belt.
