1950's Simplicity 4869 Vintage Sewing Pattern Girl's Shirt, Mother and Daughter Fashion: "Simple To Make" blouse features a small round collar. Yoke, pointed in back, extends to front in a forward shoulder seam. Center back pleat below yoke is detailed with a tab and buttons. View 1 long sleeves are softly pleated at lower edge and join wrist band. Tab and buttons detail left front, view 1 and 2. View 2 and 3 short sleeves are gathered to a buttoned band. View 2 sleeve bands and collar are contrasting. A pointed band at center front and a pocket on left front are shown in view 3.
