1960's McCall's 9278 Vintage Sewing Pattern Boys' or Girls' Robe and Pajamas: Two-piece single breasted pajamas for boys or girls, double breasted robe for boys or front wrapped robe for girls, all with long set-in sleeves and patch pockets. Pajamas have faced round collar, applied sleevebands, elastic in casing of pants waistline. Girls' pajamas have gathered lace or eyelet edging in collar facing seam and under upper edges of sleevebands. Robe collar and front are faced and interfaced and pressed back to form revers. Tie belt is worn with robe.
