1980's Butterick 4542 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Top, Skirt & Pants: Loose-fitting top in three lengths with mock wrap effect has round neckline, back neck slit with button and thread loop closing, deep armholes, full length sleeves and shaped hem. Skirt one inch (2.5cm) below mid-knee with mock wrap effect has elasticized waist and no side seams. Pants have elasticized waist. Purchased belt.
