1980's McCall's 8649 PALMER & PLETSCH Misses Shirts Size 10 Sewing Pattern

Shirt A has forward shoulder seams, combination collar / neckband, buttoned front with top-stitch trim, long sleeves pleated to two-button cuffs. Short B has back pleats, self-lined yoke with forward shoulder seams, a choice of three collars, self-fabric or contrast, buttoned front with optional band; long sleeves with buttoned placket are pleated to two-button cuffs. Patch pocket is optional for A or B. NOTE: Sleeves A or B are interchangeable.
