1970's McCall's 3899 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's and Girls' Dress: Dress has puffed sleeves, back and upper bodice front gathered by elastic, ribbon trim and ribbon tie belt included in side seams. Long dress A with ruffle, or short dress C has sleeves gathered into snapped cuffs. Dress B with ruffle and elastic in sleeve casings has ruffling at lower edge of skirt front.
