1960's Simplicity 4410 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' One-Piece Dress with Two Skirts and Jacket: "Simple to Make". Sleeveless dress has back zipper closing and self fabric tie belt. V. 1 skirt has soft inverted pleats. V. 2 slim skirt has soft pleats at front waistline and back kick pleat. Lined waist length jacket, both views, has self fabric front bands, collar and below elbow length kimono sleeves.
