1980's McCall's 7499 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Blouse and Camisole: Buttoned blouse A or B has notched collar and sleeves with gathered cap. Blouse A has patch pocket and long sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Blouse B has short sleeves which may be rolled up (wrong side of fabric will show). Camisole, gathered into front and back band, has shoulder straps, hooked opening in left underarm seam; waistline casing and elastic are optional. Purchased belt for all views is optional.
