1960's Simplicity 5181 Vintage Sewing Pattern Chubbies' One-Piece Dress: Bodice has set-in sleeves, back box pleat, back yoke is attached to forward shoulder seam, button down collar is optional, band at center front and a front button closing. Skirt has soft pleats and a concealed opening at center front. Dress has top-stitching trim. V.'s 1 and 2 have long sleeves pleated to wristbands. V. 2 has contrasting elbow patches and tie belt. V. 3 has roll up sleeves and may have monogram trim. A self fabric belt bay be worn.
