1980's Simplicity 6307 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Jumper and Back Button Blouse: Top-stitched jumper V. & 2 has gathered skirt with side zipper and faced bib stitched to buttoned waistband. V. 1 has optional pockets. V. 2 has contrasting pockets and waistband. Top-stitched blouse has above or below elbow length dolman sleeves. Longer sleeves are lapped and buttoned at lower edge.
