1950's Simplicity 4859 Vintage Sewing Pattern Girls' Blouse, Skirt and Petticoat with Transfer Included: Full-circle skirt has a zipper closing at left side and a pocket in right side seam. The skirt may be made of felt as well as other fabrics. Optional applique trim may also be of felt. Boy-styled blouse has a small collar, a button front closing and pocket on left side. Three quarter sleeves are gathered to buttoned sleeve band. Half-circle petticoat features ribbon trimmed ruffles at lower edge.
